Make a Neighborhood Brighter

Join Neighborhood Services on Saturday, September 27th for the Love Where You Live Litter Cleanup. After check-in at Memorial Elementary School, volunteers will fan out and collect litter throughout the area. This all ages opportunity is great for individuals, families and groups!

Check-in

Please arrive at Memorial Elementary School by 8:45 am for check-in, supply distribution and further instructions. Cleanup will be from 9 am - 11 am.

Signing up as an individual

1. Click the light blue RESPOND button
2. There will be a pop-up asking you to Sign Up or Sign In. If you already have a Portal account, please Sign In. If you need to create an account, click Sign Up and fill out the appropriate application.
3. Dependent on volunteer status, you will be prompted e-sign a Volunteer Waiver and Background Check Consent Form. Adults 18+ must complete the consent form, a background check is NOT required for this opportunity.
4. You can now finalize your response.

Signing up as a group

1. Click the light blue RESPOND AS GROUP button
2. There will be a pop-up asking you to Sign Up or Sign In. If you already have a Portal account, please Sign In. If you need to create an account, click Sign Up and fill out the appropriate application
3. Dependent on volunteer status, you will be prompted e-sign a Volunteer Waiver and Background Check Consent Form. If though adults 18+ must complete the consent form, a background check is NOT required for this opportunity.
4. You will be prompted enter a Group Name
5. Click “Add Me” button to add yourself to your team as leader
6. You can then select the # of “Reserve Additional Slots” you’d like to save for your group. You will need to email Moniah (email below) the names and email addresses of everyone in your group. Your group members can also register as individuals if that is easier. 

Youth & Families

• If volunteering as a family, please have 1 family member signup as a group leader and claim spots for everyone in your family that's coming. Young children should NOT register individually in the Volunteer Portal. 
• While there is no age requirement, anyone under 18 years of age will need their a parent/guardian signature for the liability waiver. Please be prepared to sign a waiver with a parent/guardian the day of the event.
