BAG OF BOOKS SALE

Our Bag of Books Sale is held several times a year at different Library locations around Plano. Shoppers purchase a brown bag for $10 (payable by exact cash or QR code) and fill it up from our selection of used books, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, and more. It’s the perfect time to stock up with all you can fit in a bag!

Volunteers continuously restock the sale, so new inventory is put out daily and varies from day to day. All proceeds go to Plano Library Friends to support programs and services at Plano Public Library.

Sept. 25-27, 2026 at Davis Library

  • Thurs. Sept. 24: 5:30-7:30pm (Friends First members-only preview)
  • Fri. Sept. 25: 9am-5:30pm
  • Sat. Sept. 26: 10am-5:30pm
  • Sun. Sept. 27: 1-4:30pm
