The Neighborhood Vitality & Beautification Grant program awards grants up to $20,000 to registered neighborhood groups.  

For the 2026 grant program:

• One grant cycle this year with a maximum grant award of $20,000
• Pre-applications open January 15  

Voluntary Neighborhood Groups

• NO MATCH for grants below $5,000
• Matching contributions = 30% of pre-tax costs for grants above $5,000

Mandatory Neighborhood Groups

• Matching contribution = 40% of pre-tax costs
