ions at the Drug Take Back
Clean out unused and expired drugs and bring them to a National Prescription Drug Take Back drop-off site. Human and pet meds are accepted at this free Plano Police Department and Drug Enforcement Administration event.
Protect your privacy before arriving by either:
- Marking out names and addresses on pill bottles
- Pouring medications into a disposable bag

- Clark High School, 523 W. Spring Creek Parkway
- Plano East Senior High School, 3000 Los Rios Boulevard
- Plano Senior High School, 2200 Independence Parkway
- Plano West Senior High School, 5601 W. Parker Road
Tablets, capsules and solid forms of medicine are accepted. This is the safe and legal way to get rid of controlled substance medications that can only be accepted for disposal with law enforcement present.
Needles, syringes and inhalers are not accepted. Find instructions for safe disposal of needles (sharps) and other medical waste.
